Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) are a binding legal agreement between Entrepreneurs House LLC (“Entrepreneurs House,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) and you, the individual or entity accessing or using any of our Websites, Apps, Communities, Courses, Events, or related services (collectively, the “Services“). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Entrepreneurs House provides entrepreneurship education, live and virtual events, mastermind communities, and related digital resources via entrehouse.com and its sub-domains, mobile applications, and any other platforms we operate (collectively, the “Sites“). We are an education company not a franchise, multilevel marketing (MLM) program, pyramid scheme, high-risk financial service, or any other business category prohibited or restricted under Stripe’s Acceptable Use Policy or similar payment-service rules. Services may evolve, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have legal capacity to enter a contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Creating an account may be required for certain Services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Pricing & Taxes — All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes, duties, or fees.

Payment Processing — Transactions are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment-card data.

30-Day Refund — Unless a different period is specified for a particular product or service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing events@entrehouse.com. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Subscriptions — Some Services renew automatically until canceled. Cancel at least 10 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

All content on the Sites including text, graphics, videos, course materials, and software is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Services for your personal or internal-business use in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to (a) violate any law; (b) infringe others’ rights; (c) upload malware; (d) spam or send unsolicited communications; (e) scrape or harvest data without permission; or (f) interfere with the Services’ operation.

We may earn commissions from affiliate links. Any such relationships will be disclosed where required. Perform your own due diligence before purchasing third-party offerings.

We do not guarantee earnings or business results. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical. Your success depends on many factors outside our control.

Our Sites integrate tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and payment gateways. Your use of such tools is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrepreneurs House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

You agree to defend and indemnify Entrepreneurs House against claims arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in English, virtually or in New Jersey, USA. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or confidentiality issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Subject to the arbitration clause, exclusive jurisdiction for any permitted court action is in the state or federal courts of New Jersey, USA.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time for conduct that we deem violates these Terms or is harmful to others. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Sites. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic notices satisfy legal requirements.
